Yard Gard Ultrasonic Pest Repeller

For over 50 years Bird X has been manufacturing products to resolve issues with birds and other pests. One of the most effective products from Bird X is the Yard Gard. It is a motioned sensor repellent device to control for a variety of yard pests.

Ultrasonic waves, largely undetectable to humans, aggravate target pests and cause them to move on to quieter areas. The Yard Gard will operate with "C" batteries or can be plugged in an outlet to provide 110V and unlimited protection.

The Yard Gard has sound adjustments to allow the frequency to change pending on the pest. The Yard Gard can be mounted on a wall, or placed in the yard and is easily hidden. The Yard Gard is an efficient and cost-effective way to keep pests away safely and humanely without the need for chemicals or traps.

Tools Needed

For installing the Yard Gard, nails, screws, a hammer or screwdriver may be needed to hang on a wall or wooden post. If an electrical outlet is not close by, an extension cord may also be needed.

Betteries are not included. 

How to Use

• Step 1: Locate the entryway, exit and eating habits of the pests.
• Step 2: Mount or place the Yard Gard near those areas and either use 4 x 1.5V "C" batteries or plug it an electrical outlet. 
• Step 3: Open the back panel and make adjustments to the noise frequency pending on the pests causing trouble. Relocate and adjust as needed until pest activity has stopped.

Where to Use

The Yard Gard can be placed anywhere outdoors where pests are making messes and destroying property. I can be used around residential, commercial or industrial areas. If it is going to be mounted on a wall or post, for best results, hang it 3 feet from the ground.

When to Use

The Yard Gard can be used at any time, but it is suggested to turn it off when people are present for long periods of time. For best results begin using the Yard Gard before spring when pests begin to come out more often.

Safety Information

Yard Gard is safe to use around humans and pets when operated according to the product label. If people or pets are going to be in hearing range of the Yard Gard, turn it off as pests will be deterred from the presence of others making the Yard Gard unnecessary during that time.

Special Considerations

Do not point or aim the Yard Gard at neighbor's yards, enclosed or leashed animals.
