The X-Lure RTU Beetle Floor Trap, manufactured by JF Oakes, is a dependable insect trap that controls a variety of beetles and stored product pests through the use of 3 different pheromone attractants and 2 food-grade attractants.
This ready to use beetle floor trap offers a unique design to aid in the trapping of most stored product pests. The exterior of the trap is made to have a coarse texture to help insects grip the side of the trap to help them crawl in, while the inside of the trap is smooth so they cannot crawl back out. This reliable insect monitoring trap draws most pests such as drugstore beetles and saw-toothed beetles with its pheromones loaded in its replaceable cartridge, which is located underneath the product for easy cleanup and replacement.
X-Lure Beetle RTU Beetle Floor Trap has a circular design that also offers a 360 degree entrance allowing insects to enter all around the trap. Pheromone lures will cover areas around 30 square feet and have a residual of up to 2 months.
Tools Needed
All that is required is that you assemble the X-Lure RTU Beetle Floor Trap by snapping the pieces together -- no tools needed.
How to Use
- Step 1: First, peel back the seal on the pheromone cartridge. When refilling the cartridge, pour the supplied oil into the cartridge basin.
- Step 2: Click the cartridge under the base of the trap. Click the top of the trap to the base and you are ready to set. Once secured, set the X-Lure RTU Beetle Floor Traps at 15' to 25' apart. Increase or decrease the space between these two intervals depending on areas where infestation is most active.
- Step 3: Replace cartridges every 6 to 8 weeks or earlier if full of pests.

Use the X-Lure RTU Beetle Floor Traps in areas most prone to beetle infestations within food processing plants, manufacturing plants, food storage facilities, retail pet stores, homes, schools, hospitals, nursing homes, and commercial kitchens.
When to Use
Use the X-Lure RTU Beetle Floor Traps as a preventative to capture insects before an infestation can take hold or during a light infestation to ensure control.
