Terro Fruit Fly Trap, manufactured by Woodstream, is a fast-acting fruit fly trap that uses a long-lasting liquid bait to lure fruit flies inside. Once inside, fruit flies will be unable to escape leading to cease of breeding and control of fruit fly population.

This product is specifically designed to appear as an apple to blend into your homes décor and not raise suspicion to fruit flies. As fruit dependent pests, fruit flies will travel towards the scented trap and ingest the bait formulated with Sodium Lauryl Sulfate 0.08% leading to death within 24 hours.

Terro Fruit Fly Trap is an attractive food-based liquid lure that does not stain and allows you to monitor the product with little handlement through its built-in windows.

How to Use

• Step 1: Determine the areas that fruit flies are most active and remove competing food sources by storage and cleaning surrounding areas of food residue. Enclose all trashcans to further seclude competing food sources.
• Step 2: Place traps upright on solid surface and remove cap from the lure.
• Step 3: Insert lure bottle tip into center hole of trap. Empty half of the bottle into each trap.
• Step 4: Place the traps in areas where fruit flies have been seen and in areas where they will not easily be disturbed or tipped.
• Step 5: Throw away the traps once 45 days have passed after first application.

Terro Fruit Fly Trap can be used indoors within residential and commercial buildings. This product is most effective when placed near breeding sites such as underneath or behind kitchen counters, kitchen fruit bowls, near garbage cans, sinks, dishwashers, food, near fruits and vegetables, and any other location where fruit is stored.

When to Use

Use Terro Fruit Fly Trap when you are noticing fruit fly activity or notice odors from past rotting food. Typically, during the harvest season (late summer and early fall) is the time frame that fruit flies are most active and breeding.
