The rig features a 25-gallon low profile tank for added space, a 1.8gpm 160 max psi electric diaphragm pump with viton seals, a heavy gauge Silver Hannay hose reel with 150 feet of 3/8" hose or a Blue 1125-4-200 Cox Reel, and a JD9-style spray gun attached.

Tools Needed
To use the 25 Gallon Spray Rig, you will need basic tools to help mount the unit onto a truck or ATV.
How To Use
- Step 1: Bolt the spray rig frame onto your truck making sure that it is tightened and secured. The electric pump must be connected to a 12-volt battery, usually the same battery of the vehicle the rig is mounted on. You could also use an alternate battery.
- Step 2: Once you have liquid pesticide product in the tank, simply turn the rig on by pulling the electric start switch.
- Step 3: When you are done spraying, simply push the starter switch to shut off the rig.

This spray rig is perfect to be used in pest control trucks, lawn care trucks, and ATVs perfect to be used in residential and commercial buildings as well as farms.
When To Use
The Solutions 25 Gallon Spray Rig is to be used with pesticide, herbicides, and liquid fertilizers. This rig is ideal for perimeter and ornamental spraying, and spraying eaves of structures.

The PSI cannot be adjusted or lowered on the Chemflo 160 Electric Sprayer Pump, because it does not have a flow regulator.
