Solutions Sealator Pro Black Foam, manufactured by Solutions Pest and Lawn, is a durable sealant spray foam that is uniquely formulated to perform under low temperature conditions such as 5 degrees Celsius/41 degrees Fahrenheit where traditional polyurethane foam sealants fail to perform.

This year-round, polyurethane insulating gunfoam sealant provides a low curing pressure and moderate post expansion in tight compact areas without damaging any frames and building elements such as wood, concrete, stone, plaster, metal, PVC, and polystyrene.

Solutions Sealator Pro Black Foam is a specially formulated foam sealant that adheres to multiple sealing projects including small to large penetrations and joints around window and door frames, and other sites.

To use Solutions Sealator Pro Black Foam, you will need a professional foam applicator gun like the Solutions Polyurethane Foam Gun.

How to Use

• Step 1: Remove dust, loose particles and grease from the surfaces to be treated. Once the treatment area has been cleaned you will then remove the lid from the Solutions Sealator Pro Black Foam can.
• Step 2: Connect the spray gun with Solutions Sealator Pro Black Foam and tighten by rotating until can is screwed firmly into gun connection.
• Step 3: Shake the Solutions Sealator Pro Black Foam and gun well up and down, roughly 20 times.
• Step 4: Open control knob and begin applying Solutions Sealator Pro Black Foam in a continuous spray to surface by squeezing trigger, adjusting the amount dispensed by how hard the trigger is squeezed.
• Step 5: Apply the Solutions Sealator Pro Black Foam to desired surface. When applying foam in layers, moisten slightly between each layer.
• Step 6: Wipe gun tip with a rag at the end of each use to avoid Solutions Sealator Pro Black Foam drying on the gun tip.

Special Considerations

Solutions Sealator Pro Black Foam cannot be used without a spray foam gun.

During continuous use do not clean the gun between cans. At the end of an application session, spray gun may be left attached to Solutions Sealator Pro Black Foam for up to 2 weeks. For longer storage, disconnect gun from can and clean gun with Foam Gun Cleaner before next use.

To clean uncured foam from a surface, use Foam Gun Cleaner. To clean or remove cured foam, remove mechanically with hands (while wearing gloves), or utility knife until the desired amount is removed.
