The MistAway Zone Kit Gen III (Part Number 20073) is a specialty part manufactured by MistAway and enables you Mosquito Misting System unit to mist through two nozzle circuits (zone 1 and zone 2). The two zones can be set to the same misting schedule or two different schedules and can be programmed by the remote control. This part is easy to install and can make it so your system supports two misting zones of 55-65 nozzles each.
Tools Needed
To install the MistAway Zone Kit Gen III, you may need a crescent wrench and a screwdriver for disassembly and reassembly.
How to Use
- Step 1: Once the Unit is powered down, remove the black plastic plug from access port and push Zone Kit connector and lead through port then mount the Zone Kit to the back of the unit.
- Step 2: Begin connecting tubing to the ports labeled in and "zone 1" and "zone 2"
- Step 3: Connect the zone kit to the 4-pin connector under the controller (after lifting it) labeled "ZONE Control". Reassemble, power the unit on and program the system accordingly (check the instructions for details.)
Where to Use
The MistAway Zone Kit Gen III is an optionally item that is mounted on the back side of the unit.
When to Use
Input the Zone Kit when you prefer to double the amount of nozzles to use for your misting system to get better coverage of an area.
