MistAway Slimline Nozzle Tip

The Slimline Replacement Nozzle Tip, manufactured by Mistaway, is a replacement part for slimline nozzle parts #20045 and #20048. Once this tip is replaced it will help the slimline nozzle to connect multiple pieces of tubing lines to spray mosquito control products around various outdoor areas.

This durable replacement tip comes with the spring, ball, and filter. Its durability is further seen with its ability to handle 170 psi opening pressure and 120 psi closing pressure.

Tools Needed

For best results when installing MistAway Slimline Nozzle Tip, you will need a tubing cutter, screw gun, clamps, and screws (the type of screw needed depends on where the tubing line is run).

How to Use

• Step 1: Measure the length of tubing needed and locate the area the Slimline Nozzle will be placed. It is suggested to place a nozzle approximately every 20 feet.
• Step 2: Use the tubing cutter to cut the tubing in the exact area where the tee nozzle will be fitted.
• Step 3: Put a clamp around the tubing close to the nozzle and screw it to the surface area to secure the nozzle in place.
• Step 4: Make sure there are no leaks between connecting the Slimline Nozzle tip to the tubing and adjust the nozzle to spray in the desired direction.

Where to Use

MistAway Slimline Nozzle Tips can be fitted anywhere along the tubing line in between the beginning of the line and the end of the line. For best results, place nozzles every 10 to 20 feet around the entire perimeter of the building, house, or yard. MistAway Slimline Nozzle Tips are great for under the eaves of roofs, along fences, around patios, porches, covered walkways, detached garages, and more. It can be applied to any outdoor system with correct size tubing around residential areas, businesses, and recreational locations. The MistAway Slimline Nozzle Tip can also be installed in areas on the ground around gardens, driveways, or sidewalks by using risers.

This product has a 10-24 thread and is about 1" for diameter.
