MistAway Gen 3 Replacement Pump

The MistAway Gen 3 Mini Bellows Pump (Part#: 21035) is manufactured by Mistaway and is an important part of the MistAway systems normal functioning. The bellows pump is the black and blue component mounted to a bracket on the left back wall of the unit. If your misting system is not performing normally, the bellows pump may be faulty and needs to be replaced. The common cause of a failed bellows pump is the use of unapproved insecticide. Approved insecticides are those that state on the label they may be used in misting machines.

Tools Needed

To install the Mini Bellows Pump, you will need a Phillips Head screwdriver that's preferably magnetized, a zip tie snip, zip ties and paper towels for blotting insecticide concentrate.

How to Use

• Step 1: Following MistAway's specific directions, disassemble the misting system until you can access the bellows pump.
• Step 2: Disconnect the bellows pump from the wiring harness and unscrew the brackets the holds the old bellows pump in place to remove it with the magnetized Phillips screwdriver.
• Step 3: Replace with the new bellows pump and position it correctly then secure it in place. Make sure to connect it to the wiring harness as well.
• Step 4: Reassemble the Misting System and then test out the bellows pump according to MistAway's instructions.

The Mistaway mini bellows pump is specifically for the Gen 3 version of the mosquito misting system. This is found on the back wall of the unit mounted to a bracket.
