InVite Multi-Insect Lure
04/12/26
InVite Multi-Insect Lure, manufactured by Rockwell Labs, is an insect attractant made with a special blend of multiple pheromones in a thickened food oil base. The oil also functions as a food attractant for a variety of pests which increases the productivity and effectiveness of each dose.
This product is specifically designed to attract various moths and pantry pests like cigarette beetles, Indian Meal moths, almond moths and Mediterranean flour moths. The product comes in a syringe with plunger which makes it easy to apply where needed.
It also comes with cotton balls to place the lure onto. Use it on glue boards to lure and trap these pests or in stations like Rockwell Lab's own D-Sect IPM Station or a Yellow PFT Station.
Tools Needed
Invite Multi-Insect Lure is only an attractant, You will need to also purchase the glue board to place this product on. The manufacturer recommends using the D-Sect Station but these can be used in conjunction with almost any type of glue board. We recommend using a foldable type as this will help keep dust off the glue. You will also need a pair of gloves when handling this product.
How to Use
- Step 1: Do a thorough initial clean up of the area where the lure will be placed. Ensure the pantry, closet, the cupboard is empty.
- Step 2: Place a cotton ball on the glue trap and apply the Multi-Insect Lure to the cotton. For moth applications, 1/3 dose is sufficient per placement while for beetle applications 2/3 to 1 full dose is suggested.
- Step 3: Place the trap in areas where pantry pests have been observed or are suspected, such as food storage areas. Place traps 30 feet apart, or closer in areas where there is a lot of stored food. The lure will remain active for 60-90 days.
Where to Use
Invite Multi-Insect Lures can be used in retail stores, warehouse, storage and residential homes. Use the lure along with a trap in kitchen pantries, cabinets, closets, or anywhere you are seeing pantry pest activity. Most pantry moths and beetles will land on walls so you can attach these near or on walls just above eye level
When to Use
Use Invite Multi-Insect Lures when you suspect pantry beetles or moths in your food storage areas. Generally, you will pick these up without even knowing it. Moths can come from your local grocery store or pet stores. You will generally notice these in kitchens.
