Gopher Scram by Epic, an experienced manufacturer of repellent products, is a dual-action granular gopher repellent designed to control and prevent pockets gophers from damaging land and property. The product is all-natural, containing natural oils like castor oils and others in a granular formulation that will deter gophers after they get a small taste or by even smelling the product up close
Tools Needed
To use Gopher Scram you will need to either wear gloves and spread them by hand or use a hand or rotary spreader to spread the granules in the target area.
How to Use
- Step 1: Inspect and observe the areas where gophers are present, where their mounds are and the specific areas where they are active.
- Step 2: Apply Gopher Scram using a rotary spreader to the target areas where you have noted gopher activity and damage.
- Step 3: Apply a second spread of granules within specific beds and plantings where gopher damage is visible. Spread a wide band generously around the beds or plantings affected by gopher damage.
- Step 4: Find gopher mounds and runways and spread Gopher scram into any open mounds. Open plugged mounds to access tunnels and spread Gopher Scram in there as well and refill with the dirt.
- Step 5: Reapply two weeks later to achieve total control.
Where to Use
Gopher Scram can be used on a wide range of properties. Use anywhere that you are encountering pocket gophers (residential lawns, commercial landscapes, farms, golf courses, parks, playgrounds, athletic fields etc.)
When to Use
Use Gopher Scram when you notice gopher activity via seeing a gopher or noticing their mounds and burrowing. Pocket gophers are active throughout the year and do not hibernate. Peak times of gopher activity is between spring through fall.
Safety Information
Gopher Scram contains natural ingredients and is safe used according to the label. Keep pets and children away from the product when spread.

Repeat application every 30 days for continued prevention of pocket gophers.
