The Gen 1.3 & Gen III Controller Faceplate with Buttons is a replacement faceplate for the Mistaway Gen III and Gen 1.3 automatic Mosquito Misting System.

While it may be rare, it is possible that the buttons stop working on your mosquito misting system controller. In such cases it is necessary to purchase this part to replace the buttons on your MistAway controller for the system to function properly.

Tools Needed

To install the Gen 1.3 & Gen lll Controller Faceplate with Buttons, all you will need is a small Phillips screwdriver.

How to Use

• Step 1: Remove screws securing controller onto the Gen 3 or Gen 1.3 controller cover.
• Step 2: Disconnect controller completely from the wiring harness, power, and motor. Place the controller, display-side down, on a flat surface. Remove screws from four corners on the back of the controller with Phillips screwdriver, making sure to follow MistAway's instructions precisely.
• Step 3: Disconnect the ribbon cable from the old controller faceplate and replace it with the new faceplate.
• Step 4: Replace the screws and reconnect the wiring harness and work backward, reassembling everything until the new controller is securely in place.
• Step 5: Follow the directions on the MistAway manual to reset the system to factory settings.

The Gen 1.3 & Gen lll Controller Faceplate with Buttons is specifically made to be replaced on the Gen III or Gen 1.3 misting system to get it back to proper functioning.
