Dekko Silverfish Paks, manufactured by Dekko, is a effective silverfish bait pak that will control indoor silverfish infestations.
Each bait station packet has a corrugated interior much like cardboard. Dekko Silverfish Paks are specially designed to mimic the type of environment silverfish like to inhibit so they are more tempted to explore the packet. Inside there is a glue which silverfish like to feed on; it's impregnated with boric acid. They feed on the boric acid and share it amongst their group and eventually die off leading to complete elimination.
Dekko Silverfish Packs have a four month residual so it can keep killing long after placing the packs down. This is an excellent, "set it and forget" method of addressing silverfish.
Tools Needed
Dekko Silverfish Paks comes pre-treated and ready to use right out of the package with no other tools needed.
How to Use
- Step 1: Open up the package and put 2 to 3 packs in areas where you have seen silverfish activity. 2 to 3 packs will cover 100 square feet or any enclosed space, such as a pantry.
- Step 2: Wait 2 to 3 days to check on silverfish activity. Reapply as needed. It may take 3 to 4 weeks for complete control to take place.
- Step 3: Replace packs quarterly for preventative control.
Where to Use
Place Dekko Silverfish Paks strategically around your home for best results. Silverfish prefere dark, damp places like bathroom cabinets, pantries, dressers and in attics.
When to Use
Use Dekko Silverfish Paks when you have discovered silverfish activity in or around your home. Silverfish can show up any time of the year but especially around the spring and summer months. Silverfish activity can also be a sign that you may need to address moisture issues around the home.

Special Considerations
Dekko Silverfish Packs come in a box with 24 individual baits. Do not crush or open the packets as the bait is mixed in a glue-like substance and applied to the contours inside of the pack. While Dekko Silverfish Paks are effective, most active infestations cannot be controlled through the use of one product. They also don't have an instant kill.
