CB-80 Insecticide Aerosol is produced by FMC Corporation. It is formulated with pyrethrins and piperonyl butoxide (PBO) for quick results. CB-80 can be applied as a space spray or spot treatment application to kill flying or crawling insects. It is also a great tool for flushing insects out of cracks and crevices around bed frames, flooring, and cabinets. CB-80 is ideal to use against cockroaches, mosquitoes, bed bugs, and more.
Tools Needed
There are no tools needed to apply CB-80 as it comes ready-to-use with an applicator tip used to reach cracks, crevices and wall voids.
How to Use
- Step 1: The way CB-80 is applied depends on the targeted insect being killed and the type of area where treatment is needed. Determine how much CB-80 you will need to apply by measuring the area to be treated in cubic feet. To do this, measure (in feet) and multiply the area length, width and height (length x width x height = cubic feet). CB-80 can be applied at a rate of approximately 3 seconds per 1,000 cubic feet.
- Step 2: For use as a space spray, begin by preparing the area by closing windows and doors, turning off ceiling fans, AC and heating units, remove food items, cover aquariums, and remove pets. Shake the can well and spray CB-80 is sweeping motion pointing the can to all areas of the room.
- Step 3: Clean up dead insects and destroy the ones that fell and repeat this process as necessary.
Where to Use
CB-80 can be used indoors of homes, restaurants, warehouses, hotels, hospitals, barns, and other areas listed on the label. When used indoors, it can be applied to cracks, crevices, and wall voids around baseboards, plumbing voids, appliances, kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, windows, doors, and more. CB-80 can be used as a space spray or spot treatment application and applied in closets, pantries, and areas where targeted insects are seen.
CB-80 Insecticide Aerosol can be applied to outdoor surface areas where targeted flying and crawling pests are seen, such as wasps or roaches.
When to Use
CB-80 can be used when insects are seen or suspected in indoor areas. It is ideal to use against mosquitoes, wasps, cockroaches, and other insects that fly or hide in cracks and crevices.
