How to Use

  • Step 1: Determine out how much Blindside Herbicide you need by calculating the square footage of the treatment area. To do this, measure and multiple and multiply your lawn's length x width to get the total square footage to be treated. Blindside Herbicide should be used at a rate of .075 - 0.15 per 1,000 sq. ft. on cool season grasses and 0.15 - 0.23 per 1,000 sq. ft. for warm season grasses. For more specific application rates refer to the use site sections of the label.
  • Step 2: Fill your selected spray tank halfway with water and then add the appropriate amount of Blindside Herbicide. Fill the sprayer the rest of the way with water and shake well and you are ready to spray.
  • Step 3: Spray target weeds until wet but avoid spray solution runoff and over application. A good technique to put into practice is to avoid side-to-side movement of the nozzle when spraying as it is best to spray the nozzle directly with no movement close to the weeds or moss to ensure proper application.
