PT Alpine Flea & Bed Bug Aerosol

PT Alpine Flea & Bed Bug Aerosol, manufactured by BASF, is a ready to use pressurized insecticide aerosol designed to provide fast results against fleas and bed bugs.

Contains 2 insecticides and an insect growth regulator (IGR) for quick and efficient application. The IGR kills hatching eggs for up to 7 months after application, while the other active ingredients provide fast knockdown of current pest populations within 30 minutes on areas like tile and 4 hours for sites like mattresses after the initial application. 

PT Alpine Flea & Bed Bug Aerosol is a easy to use pre-mixed product that offers a cleaner way to treat indoor areas as large as 2,625 sq. ft. Plus its specially formulated to avoid soaking carpets and mattresses, enabling faster reentry and less mess during applications. 

Tools Needed

PT Alpine Flea and Bed Bug Aerosol requires no tools for application.

However, you the Whitmire Aerosol Delivery Unit System III to apply the product further into cracks, crevices, and wall voids.

It can also be applied with or without the applicator straw that comes with the can.

How to Use

• Step 1: Determine how much PT Alpine Flea & Bed Bug Aerosol you will need by first calculating the square footage of the area you wish to treat. To do this, measure (in feet) and multiply the area length times the width (length x width = square footage) The entire 20 oz. can of Alpine can treat up to 2,625 square feet. For example, if you measured a treatment area of 1,300 sq. ft., you would only use 10 oz. of spray or half of the can.
• Step 2: Shake the can well before spraying any treatments and apply to label approved surface areas for fleas and bed bugs. Hold the can 36" inches away from the area being sprayed. 80 to 100 square feet can be treated within 10 seconds of continuous spray.
• Step 3: When used as a crack and crevice treatment, place the applicator tip into the crack or crevice and spray.
• Step 4: Allow areas to dry before re-entering the area and replacing the bedding.

PT Alpine Flea & Bed Bug Aerosol can be used on indoor surface areas in homes, hotels, commercial areas, and more. It is ideal as a cracks, crevice and void treatment and can be applied to mattresses, furniture, baseboards, carpets, wall coverings, headboards, box springs, and other areas where fleas, bed bugs and roaches hide. Apply Alpine Flea & Bed Bug Insecticide along the baseboards from corner-to-corner around the perimeter of the room.

Do not apply this product onto the entire surface area of mattresses, only into the tufts and folds.

Adult fleas may be brought into treated area by infected animals or come from pupal cases, but they will not be able to create populations in those treated areas.
