Tools Needed
To use Alligare Trace Surfactant Adjuvant, you will need to mix it with a herbicide in handheld pump sprayer, hose-end sprayer, backpack sprayer, or spray rig.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much Alligare Trace Surfactant Adjuvant to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area or by reading your select pesticide label. To do this, measure the length and width of the treatment area in feet then multiply them together. For acreage, take the square footage and divide it by one acre (square footage / 43,560 sq. ft. = acres). To treat utility, rights-of-ways, roadside, or foliage applications use 1 pint or 2 quarts of Alligare Trace Surfactant Adjuvant per acre or 1 pint or 2 quarts of product per 100 gallons of spray solution. For forest site preparations, aquatic surfaces, or aquatic submerged applications use 1-2 quarts of product per 100 gallons of spray solution or acre. To treat agricultural, citrus, and turf apply 1-2 pints of product per acre or 100 gallons of spray solution.
- Step 2: Follow the mixing and application instructions on your herbicide label.
