Ace 3/4" Bulkhead Tank Fitting

Ace 3/4" Bulkhead Tank Fitting, manufactured by Ace Hardware, is a specialized fitting meant to be installed on a poly tank for a pesticide spraying rig.

After this easy to use replacement tool is attached to a tank, it can make it easy to connect hose barbs, PVC fittings and other accessories to modify the tank by having threads on both ends (on the suction side or discharge side).

Ace 3/4" Bulkhead Tank Fitting is a strong and durable bulkhead fitting that will resist to fading, cracking, and increase flow to tank. 

Tools Needed

To install the Ace 3/4" Bulkhead Tank Fitting, you will need a poly tank to install it on, a power drill and an appropriate sized drill bit to make the hole to place the fitting.

How to Use

• Step 1: Using the power drill and the appropriate sized drill bit, make a hole in the tank either on the suction side or discharge size at about 3/4" to be able to fit the Bulkhead Tank Fitting.
• Step 2: Slide the 3/4" Bulkhead tank fitting onto the hole opening and twist until it is secured. It will be threaded on both ends.
• Step 3: After the the fitting is attached you can then attach any other accessories or hardware onto the threaded ends (such as a hose barb or PVC fitting).

Where to Use

The Ace 3/4" Bulkhead Tank Fitting can be used on a 50 or 100 gallon poly tank in order to allow connections between both the suction and discharge sides of the tank for modifications and customization.

When to Use

Use the Ace 3/4" Bulkhead Tank Fitting when setting up your poly tank for use with a spraying rig for large volume spray applications.
